Surfing YouTube this morning, I came across a video produced by GOOD Magazine, Audrey’s former employer. Bikes to Rwanda is a non-profit development project I can get behind. It’s straightforward, realistic, and in development-speak: sustainable. The folks at Bikes to Rwanda are providing something people actually use, and it’s not a hand-out.
Tax-deductible online donations can be made through PayPal. You can also buy Karaba co-op coffee online, for those folks who’d rather support good ideas with consumer dollars than with donations. The folks who sell the coffee, Stumptown Roasters, have a great web site if you wanted to learn more about coffee.
Stumptown coffee is sooooo yummy!
